Top budget restaurants in Margate and Ramsgate named!

The Guardian have named seven of our local restaurants and cafes – in Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate – in a feature that was published nationally on August 6th 2013 – detailing the paper’s top ten budget restaurants on the North Kent Coast.

The area has a growing reputation for independent eateries that provide great food at equally great prices. We’re happy to see some of them getting recognition and we thought our guests and prospective guests would be interested to read this feature for some ideas of great places to go to eat while you’re in Thanet……

Places like Fort’s Cafe in Cliftonville, The Greedy Cow in Margate Old Town and GB Pizza Co on Margate’s Marine Drive are relaxed, friendly places to eat – each highly individual, and serving up fabulous Kent produce. Posillipo in Broadstairs also gets a mention.
