Beautiful new holiday property available from TODAY!

What a day it’s been for us all at Beeches. We are thrilled to launch our newest holiday property in Broadstairs, which we have just built from scratch so it really is brand new in every sense – and the sun is shining brightly to mark the occasion.

Today we have had a professional photographer in and we will soon have his photographs to share but for now, we can’t hold back our excitement about this great new two bedroom holiday let. So we are completely delighted to be able to unveil it exclusively on our blog for you dear friends – with some mobile phone pictures taken by the Beeches team today as we were putting the finishing polish on the place.

We know many of you will be champing at the bit to be able to book some time in this very smart and well equipped holiday home, especially with the weather for the weekend ahead and weeks to come looking as delicious as it does!  All you have to do is check availability via the form on our home page. We have some bookings already but there are some unbooked slots so you could be lucky and be one of our first guests here!

The property is a 5 minute drive from the beach at Broadstairs, a short walk from many excellent shops bars and restaurants and also close to Margate and Ramsgate (approximately ten to fifteen minutes drive in either direction).

It boasts a spacious and sunny private garden with private side entrance off the street where this is ample free parking. The garden has table and chairs, exotic plants in pots and contemporary outdoor lighting and is accessed from the light and airy double aspect open plan family room and kitchen, via floor to ceiling double glazed french windows.

The living room is comfortably furnished with cool design details like this starburst mirror above the 60 inch plasma television.

The kitchen has all mod cons including a chrome extraction fan above a substantial island with build in appliances and plenty of cupboard space.

The light and spacious ground floor entrance hall has statement lighting, stairs up to the first floor and doors off to the ground floor family room and a very smart downstairs cloakroom, with WC and handbasin and sweet nautical design details.

The first floor hallway includes a full length mirror and the same lighting as the hall below and has doors to two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with overhead shower, full size bath, good mirrors, chrome heated towel rail, all chrome fittings and plenty of light.

The comfortable contemporary bedrooms can both be configured with a double or two twin beds and have plenty of wardrobe space and mirrors as well as bedside cabinets, stylish lighting and lots of light from good sized windows.

We have enjoyed choosing some stunning art and decorative touches for the walls including photography of our glorious local beaches.
