Dreamland Margate Re-opening June 2015!
Do you remember Dreamland, Margate’s amusement park? The park, dating back to the 1860’s, delighted generations of visitors from all over for many years, till 2003, when the then owners shut the park intending to replace it with a housing development. The Save Dreamland Campaign was local people’s response to the closure and now finally, after years of hard work to make it happen, the park will re-open on the 19th June 2015.
Visit the Dreamland website to see what the re-imagined park will offer in it’s new guise.
